Diagnosis, Holiday Extravaganza, Prince Edward and Chief Blue and What’s Up with You in 2022 Still Open for Registration #NewsNuggets #What’sUP

Hello Everyone, I hope this message finds you doing well.

Here, I’ve been to the doctor and gotten my results from the ultrasounds they took.

First, no aortic aneurysm. All clear.

Next, the one I had done this past Friday shows Gallstones and a thickening of the wall of my gall bladder. I’m being referred to a surgeon.

There were some questionable results from my bloodwork and the doctor is rerunning those. I’ll not go into more detail except to say that when I know something conclusive I’ll talk about it. Right now there is too much room for speculation as to what it might be and I don’t want to go there.

In the meantime, I continue forward with both personal and business life. Blue and Prince Edward are doing well, although I don’t think Prince Edward cares for the cold this year. He spends an enormous amount of time snuggled up in his fleece blanket asleep when he is not demanding food. LOL.

Chief Blue is coming along nicely. Today, I discovered some new things that he responds well to and I also discovered he has been sneaking toys outside when we go out to relieve.

When I took him out this morning, I found one of his newest toys frozen to the ground and when the tip of my cane hit it, it flew across the yard and Blue, forgetting that he is a guide dog, went chasing after with me following in his wake. I must say, he did his job but his main goal was finding and retrieving his toy. Once he had done so and proudly presented it to me, I took immediate possession and put it back inside. He hurried his business and went happily back inside to play with the doughnut ring which was soggy and barely squeaking. He did not care. LOL.

The Holiday Extravaganza is being polished up by Two Pentacles as we speak. I had to do some last minute work on it and they will tidy it up and it should be out as planned.

I’m still taking registration for the what’s up with you in 2022 live podcast and please remember if you are not going to be available on January 3RD at 4 PM Eastern, I can if you request it, record your piece and share it with the attendees and include it in the final recording.

The cost is 10 dollars so please reach out to me if you have not registered already.

I’ve had a very long day today. I see a couple of you have blogged things and a couple more have emailed with submissions. Since it is almost 9 PM here and Blue still needs back outside and I need supper, I’m logging off until the morning.

I promise to get back with everyone who has emailed me first thing.

Take care, happy holidays, may Harmony find You and Blessid Be.

I’m glad you have some answers at least. And I found the story about Blue’s doughnut ring hilarious… I am glad he did pay enough attention to the fact you were being taken along for the ride to remember to keep you safe while retrieving his toy though.

    1. Hi Tori, yes, I’m relieved to be on the path of healing.
As to Blue, I feel his paying attention to his job whilst retrieving his toy states hugely how much our bond has improved and that he is finally growing up a bit.
I believe, had that happened a month back, the result may have been different.
