In case anyone is wondering, I’m definitely not an uninvited guest here. When I originally wrote the poem, the working title was “To an Uninvited Guest.” I changed “guest” to “fly” before submitting it for publication, but apparently, my subconscious liked the original title better. I hope you enjoyed it.
