  1. I hope you enjoyed today’s trip down Memory Lane. What do you remember about radios when you were growing up?

  2. Hi Abbie, when I was a kid, I had a little pink radio I hung on my bike handlebars and rode round the neighborhood blaring rock and roll as loud as it would go.
When I was older, I had other such devices.
Now I’m grown I listen mostly to digital radio but I do have a very nice receiver in my closet and if i had room and could get the speakers rewired I’d set that back up. I had it out for a long time after I moved in here but as you know, these little apartments don’t offer much room so I had to sacrifice that. What I really enjoyed doing was hooking my echo to it and running it through that big amp. What a sound!
