Good morning good morning good morning!
I am so happy to welcome you to a wonderful WordPress Wednesday!
I’m just getting my day going here that is my business day.
King Campbell woke me up with big sloppy kisses at about 6:25 AM this morning and he said to me, “Mother get up get up get up! Let us go for our walk before it gets hot today.”
He was Wiggly, happy, and full of spunk.
So up I got, washed my face, brushed my teeth and hair, threw on some clothes, and out the door we went.
He sniffed around the yard. He checked along the fence line. He Peed in the corners, and he did something else to 🤣
Then we went down the street, walked from our house to the corner where the bus stop is and back, and although I wore my mask, we met no one. But, every time I don’t wear it walking, we always without fail run into someone. So as my mom used to say, better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
I did all of this without coffee! And everyone around me lived.

We came back to the house, I fed the king, gathered up the trash and the recycling, put everything out to the street, and finally made some coffee!
🎉
I also got a wonderful surprise when I stepped on my wretched talking scales. What did they say? I’ve lost 5 whole pounds!!! I’m certain it’s mostly fluid, but it’s a start. I’ve been doing my physical therapy workouts each morning and evening. I’ve been taking King Campbell for short walks up and down the block or by doing laps round our house and yard. I’ve been taking more time to cook good meals rather than always depending upon frozen foods, or sandwiches, and I’ve been drinking more water, and only adding a smidgen of creamer to my coffee in the mornings, and all of this is starting to make a difference.
I’m also taking the time to read health columns which can be found over on Sally Cronin’s Smorgasbord Café, and also in Health World found in my monthly online magazine
Well, I’m off to work. Have a great rest of your day everybody. Remember no matter how crappy it gets it’s up to you to make it that way so make it a great one today!
