I watched the morning news.
Found nothing changed overnight.
The world is still going to hell in a handbasket and nothing I can do alone will set things right.
Then, as things kept going, the news would never get better it seemed.
The weather has decided to go the same way.
Rain this afternoon and evening.
Snow overnight and tomorrow morning too.
Cold enough to freeze the, well you know.
What can we do?
I choose to think of happier things at least for a moment or too.
Blue woke up happy and smiling again today.
That’s what I hold onto.
I started with my birthday. What a happy party surprise.
Continued with Thanksgiving. Then Christmas. The hits just kept coming parties galore. Everything was fine.
I created a holiday tree. Headed toward Valentines Day.
What’s next. Who knows? Anything happy goes.
Find joy and love.
Spread that around.
we will find it comes back around.
If all we ever talk about is anger bitterness and hate, that’s all we’ll get back on our plate.
We’ve said it before.
In taunts. In gest, in games and in lore.
What comes around goes around so it is and ever has been and will be ever more.

Follow the love.
We don’t have to always follow the trail of the news and the drama.
Let’s find positive things to follow as well. It will make our day better.
It will make a difference in others we encounter along our way as well.
