Welcome to Geeville

By Marlene Mesot

Welcome to Geeville,

Surrounded by hills.

We have no gales.

Perhaps you would like some ale?

Stop by The Gathering Hole,

A friendly tavern for young and old.

Or visit our Great Lake.

Be sure to bring fishing bait.

You may meet old friends and new,

As you gaze at our glorious views.

Gallop along paths through our floral gardens,

Garnished with fragrant memories not to be pardoned.

Gentle Guernsey cows and goats graze together,

On green grassy pastures in all kinds of weather.

Gander through our history.

Gather facts to write a mystery.

Our gazette flourishes.

Grace to our worshipers.

Imagine that.

We hope you’ll gamble on back.
