Transformative Tuesday Presents the Question of the Week

Tuesday August 29, 2023

Good morning, to all.

Happy #TransformativeTuesday to you.

Today, my question is, do you lick your fingers when you’re eating?

Are you a person who’s careful and always makes certain to wipe with a cloth or napkin?

No wrong answer.

Have fun.

  1. I hope someone reads and responds to this post and comment.
My honest answer is yes. Sometimes I lick my fingers. Most of the time I only do it at home in private. However, I have been guilty of forgetting myself in public a few times.

  2. I never lick my fingers but I am fussy and don’t like to get grease or food on my fingers. I always use a knife and fork or a spoon to eat.

    1. Hi, Robbie.
I’m not nearly as bad at it now as I was as a child.
I do not like sticky on my hands.
I like to keep wet one towelettes in my purse because for reasons I do not understand waiters do not seem to understand when you ask for a wet cloth to clean your hands with.
I’m also particular about what I eat in public.

      1. I am the same, Patty. Often I wish I was more relaxed

  3. I tend to eat things which do not need a lot of cutting or prep work once it comes to the table.
If appetizers are being served I usually let someone put them onto a plate for me. I do not like to take the chance of touching something someone else is going to eat.
