Do not remain silent if you have a problem of any sort with something someone does.

If you do, it will fester and turn into an infected spillage of words, or actions you’re sure to regret.

I’m reading The Four Agreements.

Agreement #1 Be impeccable with your word.

This is harder than it sounds.

Being impeccable with one’s word, to me also means being impeccable with the actions and reactions those words may bring.
