THIS AND THAT THOR’S DAY: My Shoes Got Soul by Artist, Author, Blogger, Anne Copeland

Good morning campbellsworld visitors, and welcome to This and That Thor’s Day!

Last evening as I crawled into bed around 10:30, I was more than a little down on myself. Though I’d worked nonstop every possible moment, during WordPress Wednesday I simply could not get done everything I needed and wanted to accomplish.

When I woke early this morning, my mind was filled with lists of leftover things needing done and try as I might I couldn’t sort them nor could I think of some way to bring out the importance of each one.

I wanted to give today some kind of catchy title so that people would be sure and read all the posts that should’ve gone up during yesterday’s WordPress Wednesday, which has become one of my best days for posts read, but try as I might nothing would come.

Frustrated, I trudged into the kitchen, poured a cup of leftover coffee from the pot, stuffed it into the microwave and stood leaning on the counter, my head in my hands, thoughts flying through my half dead brain, but when the microwave beeped, and the coffee was hot still nothing had come.

Then, I powered up my Laptop, connected to the Hotspot, opened my inbox, and BLAM! I read This marvelous post and This and That Thor’s Day was born.

I realized just as Anne did that important things could come from things leftover, and that they’re all great.

So, we open this new column with the post that started it all.

Please click on over and enjoy this heartwarming tale. If you do, I’d like to encourage you to please share it onto your own blogs, or social media, and let Anne know her work is much loved and appreciated.

Anne is a real inspiration to me. She has some mighty struggles going on in her life now, but still she finds time to write and share it with the world.

Thanks to you Anne, for all you do.
