Good morning. I hope all are well.
This post is going out to several at once, if it’s a repeat for you, please forgive.
At Tell-It-To-The-World Marketing (Author, Blogger, Business Assist) where we support talented authors, as well as successful business owners in their marketing, by marrying social media, with more traditional approaches,
the goal is to help the client market their Book, Blog, or Business to the best of their ability.
One of the best ways for me to do this, is to share tips with my clients, so that they can define the services I provide them, to better meet their needs.
Lately, while working to share the content of those I represent, I’ve discovered that when a person has tagged several people in a post, when I visit or try to share the post, I get an error message stating,
“We’re sorry, this content is not available right now. This is most likely because it was shared to only a few recipients.”
I’m not sure if that’s word for word. I tried to copy the message to my clipboard, but obviously Facebook frowns on such behavior because I wasn’t able to do so.
Anyhow, my advice is rather than tagging large groups of people, to limit the number of persons you tag to ten or less to see if this fixes the problem.
Something you might want to consider about tagging is this, a lot of people go and remove tags from their timelines when they’re tagged. Tagging his in many ways become unpopular because when you tag someone it leaves a footprint on their timeline and every time someone likes, comments on or shares that post, it is reshared to the timelines of those tagged.
Another thing I’ve noted is that when large amounts of people are tagged some posts are showing error messages stating those posts are spam.
This is because someone has gotten annoyed and reported the post as having been spam.
These are just things I’ve noted since the last large FB update.
Anyhow, happy posting and please note, if I’m representing you, I’m following your pages, and groups and you’re listed in my favorites feed.
