The coffee is hot. The weather is not, but that’s the way we love it.

As to the early hour, I must say, of all the times of day, this is one of the most peaceful.
No one is blowing up my phone, typing texts faster than I can get Sisi Siri to read them.
No emails are piling in, I’ve only to deal with what’s landed overnight and the few early morning risers who sneak in or those from other time zones.

I can think and write.
I can catch up on behind work, or I can just sit back read the news, or play a game of cards or dice.

Yes, we can shut off the distractions I have named here, but it’s much nicer when they’re not happening at all.
An odd note, neither Blue nor I slept all that well during the night. It seemed I was awake every other hour.
Each time I got up to go to the bathroom or get a drink he seemed to be laying there keeping watch.
Not sure what was afoot during the night, but it was bothersome to our sleep.
Even so, I feel pretty good.
I plan to do laundry because I have honestly put it off until it will be put off no longer.
So, I’m happy to get all my work done here.
Sorry for the long post. Someone reminded me the other day that not everyone was on the email groups or blog I tend to each day.
