Even, and especially when making decisions which will have a significant effect on someone else’s life, follow not only your inner voice but your true self. Make sure that the rules you must follow don’t allow you to stray from what you know is right just for the sake of following a rule.

Most times things are not written in stone and compromise is possible.

Sometimes, there’s no choice and when those come one must then make sure they don’t destroy their core values.

There is more at stake than a paycheck, more than a reputation, there’s you, your spiritual relationship, and your own self-respect and worth.

There is also the life of those on who’s behalf you decide.
