We all are the Light, automatically. So we really don’t have to go too much further than that. We all have a Light within us – it is the Soul; it is that spark of God, of the Divine, that activates our consciousness.
Yes. Getting out in the sun and fresh air is extremely important to me. When I had Campbell I was out four, five, and even six times each day. Now that he is gone, I have to remind myself to get up and get outside. Until last Friday when I came down with my annual October cold I was taking walks each day. Making our old rounds, making sure to stop and say hello to all the neighborhood dogs and people etc. I haven’t been doing that this week because I have been getting over all this. And not wanting to take any chances getting around anyone. But it is gone now and I am going out later this afternoon and starting tomorrow I’ll begin my walking again. You are quite inspirational for all that.

October 23, 2020Hi Sally.
You’re quite welcome.
Every time I read about the need for sun I think how everyone should have a living room like mine. It’s a sun room all the year round.
No matter the time of day there’s sun.
