Sally Cronin is a contributor of The Writer’s Grapevine Magazine.

Greetings from Health World…

The COVID-19 pandemic took a mighty toll on me and others. Once I realized the impact it had.

I knew I must try and help those reading The Writer’s Grapevine recover as much as I could, and so I began to look for articles which would be useful to us all.

The Smorgasbord Café Blog Magazine has been a great resource of health columns for me over the past few years. I reached out to its author Sally Cronin to see if she might consider becoming a regular contributor to Health World.

She wrote back to say that while she was flattered that I would consider her for my magazine, she just didn’t have the time to do it.

At first, I was disappointed, then inspiration struck.

I wrote back to her and requested permission to use partial columns from her various series with read more links leading to the posts on her blog included and she wrote back with her blessing.

I strongly encourage you to make use of the read more link provided, visit her blog, and read the rest of each one.

My thanks to Sally for the use of her informative work.

What Audible Says

Meet sister-duo Piper and Kylie. Their imaginative and mischievous spirits make every day an exciting adventure. From building forts in the backyard to exploring secret hideouts in the neighborhood, they never run out of ideas to keep themselves entertained.

Their Mom asks them to pick and peel apples. “We’ll bake pies together when I return from visiting Mrs. Mott’s”.

While peeling the apples, Piper says, “Let’s play a new game”. Piper and Kylie decide to create a game called “Whack-the-Apple”. Armed with a twirling baton, a basket of apples, and their infectious laughter, the game begins! And just as Kylie connects with a home-run apple, Momma walks in the door.

Oops. Didn’t I mention that the game takes place indoors?

The listener will join Piper and Kylie as they learn about love, responsibility, forgiveness, and the importance of owning up to their mistakes.

Apple Batter-Up is a heartwarming tale that will have listeners laughing out loud and cherishing the bond between sisters. The story captures the innocence and creativity of childhood, reminding us of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments.

Here’s author and sponsor Trish Hubschman with another Tracy Gayle Mystery for you.

So Much Going on a Tracy Gayle Mystery by Trish Hubschman

Tracy Gayle

Danny and I just returned to the States. We had spent the last three months on tour in Europe with the band. It was incredible, also exhausting. Going home at last was wonderful. But we weren’t going straight back to Danny’s place in Bel Aire. I was kind of relieved by that. His house, if you can call it that, was too grand for  me.  His plane had let us off at a small private air strip in Baltimore, Maryland and now Joe Flasher, Danhy’s bodyguard, was driving us up to Century End, Pennsylvania. It was   an abandoned coal mining community that Danny was trying to restore to its once quaint appeal. Our new house on the outskirts of town  was finished and Danny and I were going to finally see it.

“I have to check my email,” I said into he ai. Danny was upfront with Flasher and chatting with him. He didn’t turn his head. I shrugged and turned the light on my  phone on in the dark car. I had three texts from Johnson. My former boyfriend/best friend, and retired Homicide detective with the County police, had taken over as acting head sleuth of Gayle Investigations. It was still my agency, though I was more a consultant now. “What’ sup?” I asked when he answered the phone.

Last but certainly not least, is a post of encouragement which includes a lesson in the importance of positivity and the reality of manifestation.

The world is filled with negativity, so we need all the positivity we can get.
