Now, my thoughts.

I began with the introduction to this book yesterday. I’ve not finished reading it. There is much to consider in the first pages of this book. The introduction gives you a glimpse into the book’s variety of topics and allows you to make an informed decision as to whether you read more.

I’m, of course, going to read more. I read this book many years ago but that was a different place on the pathway of my life. I’m older, wiser, and much different than the old times, and my point of view is different for I’m standing in a new place on the pathway of my life.

I cannot wait to discover treasures long forgotten. Rediscovered with new fervor.

Life is to be lived as we are in the moment, and what is said here about our best changing as our circumstances change is liberating. It allows for error.

What a relief.

Today, as I sipped an excellent cup of morning brew, morning waking just outside my window, I ran across this neat essay concerning “Power and Honesty” I read it and found it spoke to where I am now and where I came from.

I used to be the dishonest person described here.

That was then.

This is now.

I am striving to be a more honest person each day.

The first agreement, “Be impeccable with your word.” Will be one of the hardest pure goals I work toward. I’m constantly burdened with life’s pitfalls as I navigate along my way.

Journey with me.

Blessid Be.
