The post found at the read more link so inspired me that I wrote the following without knowing it was coming until it came.

Open to the power of these words.

On this early, Saturday morning, as I sit in an apartment I manifested, thinking of all those women who paved the way so I might live a decent life and have the right to speak when it is not, my heart swells with love.

When I read of all the suffering happening today, in the name of power and hate, my heart shrinks in fear.

Worse, when I think of all who know the truth who refuse to stand on the side of safety, respect and love. All who refuse to be welcoming and kind.

My heart starts to die.

The following link brought all those emotions on this early Saturday morning.

It brought all that and it brought my ability to say thank you and to ask to be given a place amongst those who would stand and fight.
