Ramblings from Team Blue in VA – Full Moon Magik – 796 words.

*Author’s Note*

The following offering was inspired while I was writing an email to some dear Friends of Mine.

Writing comes in all shapes and sizes.

Where do you get your inspirations from?

And now, today’s work.

Ramblings from Team Blue in VA – Full Moon Magik

796 words.

Good morning, and Happy Moon Day.

I hope you’re doing awesome on what is for me, a chilly start to the morning.

As I lie here in my bed, propped on pillows, finishing my first cup of brew, I’m happy to find myself feeling clear minded, and reasonably well.

I’ve just been working on my gratitude journal for today. I cannot believe how easy it has been for me to incorporate that into my daily routine.

I just get up, do my morning necessary. Wash face, brush teeth and as a dear Friend says, “Poke at my hair a bit” and then it’s off to the coffeepot for a cup.

I’m out of creamer and milk. I’m glad I can drink coffee any way it comes. LOL.

Anyhow, rather than focus on my lack. I’m focusing on what I’ve to be grateful for.

Gratitude Continued for Moon Day January 13, 2025 – Moon Phase full.

I am grateful for the hot cup of coffee.

I’m grateful for my warm bed.

I am grateful for my big, Blue Dog.

I am grateful for my loving Framily.

I am grateful that I can pick my own Framily.

I am grateful for the knowledge I am receiving from all of those in my life, past present, and future. Dead and Alive.

I am grateful that my parents taught me to be independent even if we often argued about what that meant. They liked it if I didn’t do it at home.

I’m grateful that I went out on my own and told all of them to just go on their way.

I am grateful that I am learning to love myself.

I am grateful to learn it’s not selfish to love myself.

I’m grateful that I am held in the palm of the creator.

I’m grateful for those who acknowledge and accept all of me.

I’m grateful that I in turn can acknowledge and accept them as well.

I’m grateful that I got four and a half hours of solid sleep.

I’m grateful that I have medication to help with the symptoms of my mental illness.

I’m grateful that I can acknowledge my feelings of fear, sorrow, sadness, and anger.

I’m grateful that I know there are treasures among the anguish of my past.

I’m grateful to be alive to experience these times in my life.

I’m grateful to possess the ability to write about these times in my own way, and in my own voice.

I’m grateful that I am brave enough to write as I feel, think, and believe.

I’m grateful for those who read my work and tell me their thoughts when they’re through.

What about you all? What are you grateful for?

Also, what are you up to?

Over the weekend I finished another book in the Lukas Davenport – Prey series. I think it was number 15 or 16. I’ve decided I need a break from those, as there are 34 complete novels and two collections of short stories related to the series, so it’s a major endeavor to read them all.

It’s fun to have someone to talk about what I’m reading with, so I hope you’ll comment about what’s on your reading bookshelf.

Speaking of that. I’m reading the first part after all four agreements are discussed in the book, The four Agreements.

For me I think reading about how to break old agreements and create new ones is so far the most enlightening portion of the book for me.

It allows me to get off that painful hook of guilt and doubt and to leap out of a virtual airplane in the knowledge that the creator is my parachute and that my life is already awesome.

Yes. I sacrificed a couple of things to get to this place in my life.

No. I have no regrets.

If I allow it, a new and more exciting and growth inspiring thing awaits me.

I can’t wait to experience that new and wonderful gift.

I’ve already found a live group of likeminded ladies to visit with in my book club. I can participate in real life community events happening here in my building. I am able to enjoy the freedoms which come along with living my life in this way.

I’m grateful to have you along with me on the journey.

I am grateful that I have Friends who I can write to which inspire writings such as this.

I’m grateful for the love available to me.

I cannot seem to stop writing of my gratefulness.

The energy which pours through me as I write is the best feeling in all the worlds.

Blessings to Readers.

May Harmony find You.

Blessid Be.
