When I was a little girl, I had a Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy doll. My mother read me a book about Raggedy Ann and Andy’s adventures in a nursery with a French doll, Uncle Clem, and a host of other characters including their mistress, Marcella. I loved that book and enjoyed snuggling with Raggedy Ann and Andy in bed at night.
