April 6, 2026Thank you, Patty, for sharing this. I think meta glasses are great for those who are totally blind. But since I have some vision, I’m not sure I could get used to wearing any smart glasses. I’m hesitant to invest money in something that might not work for me. But I’m glad they work for you.

April 6, 2026You know those were originally made for fully sighted people right? Those are not and never were meant to be a blindness product. Fully sighted people use and find benefit out of them all the time.
So that comment makes no sense to me.

April 6, 2026Patty, I know the meta glasses were designed for sighted users. And I’m sure those folks are used to wearing glasses. I’ve never worn glasses, and I’m not sure I could get used to wearing them. If I ever have a chance to try smart glasses before buying them, I will. But I won’t spend anywhere between two and six hundred dollars on something that may not work for me, especially if I can do the same things with my phone that I can with glasses, albeit not hands-free.
As I said earlier, I’m glad the meta glasses work for you. I hope they continue to do so.
