OK. I get Obsessive, but Really? #Mental #Health

Hey everybody.

It’s Patty, and she’s going to rant a bit. So, get ready.

First, before I begin, I get obsessive, really I do. Anyone who knows about my past history knows that’s true, but honestly, if you’ve been following me a while, as those I’m directing my post at today have, I just got to say, it’s time to get yourselves some therapy.

Sound hateful? Well, if I’d not been there and done that, maybe, but I have been the one to text 22 times an hour. Have been the one to send multiple emails, and I’ve been the one to tag at least 200 people on Facebook, so I think I’ve got permission to have the floor, and if not, oh well, get over it.

BTW? There’s Medication For That.

By the way? If you’re easily offended, you want to stop reading right here, because anything past this point is gonna hurt your wee feelings.

Here are some tips…

  1. If you left a message, you’re good. The key sentence in the voice mail message you heard is, “I’ll call you back.
  2. If you sent an email and the person you sent it to didn’t send a reply after 15 days, and you didn’t get a bounce back, it’s a good idea that they’re not going to reply, and there’s no reason to send another.
  3. If you put a post up onto FB tagging every friend on your friends list and half of them unfriended you, it’s a good indication that they’re sick of you and you may as well move on.
  4. If you’re guilty of one or more of these, it’s time to get therapy.

What has me ranting about this today?

Karma. Pure and simple.

I’m getting treated as I’ve treated others in the past.

Remember, “Treat others as you’d be treated” is a great golden rule to observe.

Until next time, this is Patty, who has learned her lesson, and King Campbell saying he always knew, saying…

May the force of Mental Health Therapy find You and Blessid Be.
