I woke in the early morn
from a dream I was torn
I was glad I must say
because the bad dream went away
Big Dog Blue was there
he nuzzled my hair
tickled my ear
made me laugh
we snuggled and loved
while the clouds thundered above
as the storm did rage
on Mister Sandman’s ticket we did ride
out to the astral side
together we did fly
learning
growing
happy
flowing
woke with this in my head
when I awoke today
a nightmare I had
don’t know if the storm was real or a dream
the brain it didn’t know
who gives a big blow
survived as always
can’t go away
would give many their way
can’t have that
nope
nata
nah
hah
wow
pow
joke’s on them
gotcha
my Friend
thank the Goddess
This is the end

Today, in my faith we focus on attracting more of what we have. When I woke today, one of the things I decided I wanted more of is fun.
This poem allows me to express what was for me a jumbled mind night. My dreams appeared to flash one after the other. A parade of dreams and trips to the astral plane, silly, loving, which carried on with terrifying speed.
“If I’m laughing I ain’t crying”
