Maintaining My Connection with Spirit and the Glorious Peace Which Passes All Understanding

Moon Phase Waxing Crescent – a Time for Manifestation

Oh! what a glorious walk Blue and I had.

It was almost 30 degrees with no wind and the sun was playing peekaboo in the clouds.

I’d hoped there would be a few more people out, but it’s not quite warm enough for some yet, so we shall take another walk in the afternoon.

In fact, I’m hopeful of four walks today round the whole place. It would be good to walk our mile again.

I miss having a full mile to walk at one time, which led to a real destination at the end but one must use what one has and the idea here is for Blue and me to get some much-needed exercise and so we shall do as we can and let the wishes simmer on the back burner of the manifestation stove with all the rest of the things I’ve got brewing and we shall be ready when Mother Father God tells me it’s done and I can do something new.

I must first, find my purpose here and I must see how I ended up where I am and make the necessary truthful adjustments before I can move forward in my life.

Are you somewhere in your life you don’t really wish to be? If so, stop, look around you, see the signs you’ve been left and read them well.

Listen for that small still voice which is the Holy Spirit and let Spirit be your true guide.

Do not follow anything other than that guidance and your life will be amazing.

Be sure of yourself, for if you are absolutely sure of yourself and you are absolutely in alignment with Spirit you cannot go wrong.

Remember, your relationship with Spirit is your own.

In the end, we answer to no one but the Creator and ourselves.

I’ve come to realize, while listing all the good and bad points about being here, though there are things which disturb me a bit about living here, the greatness and prosperity of life here far outweigh the bad and so I’m using this time to nest, collect what I need for the journey ahead and soon I know I’ll be along my way again.

I start each day with,

“Thank you for the sun.

Thank you now the day’s begun, all my Needs_, Wants and Desires they’re met.

Thank you for what I have and have not yet.

Thank you when the day is through, I will still be me and you will still be you.

Light my path.

Guide my Way.

Give me what to do and say.

As I will.

As you will.

As we Will.

So mote it be.

Blessid Be.

Thank you.

Amen.

I believe to start each day with an attitude of total appreciation and a request to be placed upon the path Mother Father God have for me to walk is the absolute only way to live.

I’ve learned, if I get up in a rush and do not take the time to connect with spirit I’m bound to fail by the end of the day.

Once my prayer has been sent up I take the time to study. Even if it is only 4 or 5 minutes while using the bathroom I feel to not further that connection with a moment of study will again, have me failing by the end of the day.

It took years, but I’ve finally found peace. That wonderful glorious peace which passes absolutely all_ understanding_.

I live each day in the knowledge that I’m in the hand of the Creator and as long as I do that which I need to do to keep myself firmly planted there, I cannot go wrong.

Will I slip out of routine from time to time?

Sure.

I’m not perfect.

Does this described process work for all?

No.

Because we’re all unique in our way.

I am grateful for those who truly love me and accept me just as I am warts and all with no conditions placed upon their love.

Not long ago, I prayed and asked to have that which caused negativity, strife and conflict within my life to be removed.

That’s a scary prayer to pray, for there are times when Spirit sees things I do not recognize.

I heard a pastor say once, “The Holy Spirit cannot dwell where there is strife, negativity and conflict.”

I believe this is true.

Remember, “Today is yesterday’s tomorrow and tomorrow is another day.”

Also remember…

“Be impeccable with your word.

Don’t assume anything.

Don’t take anything personal.

Always do your best.”

Last but not least, remember, “Every little thing we do is magik.”

Patty Fletcher is a single mother with a beautiful daughter, of whom she is enormously proud. She has a great son-in-law and six beautiful grandchildren. From April 2011 through September 2020, she owned and handled a black Labrador from The Seeing Eye® named King Campbell Lee Fletcher A.K.A. Bubba. Sadly, after a long battle with illness on September 24, 2020, King Campbell went to the Rainbow Bridge where all is peace and love. In July 2021, she returned to The Seeing Eye® and was paired with a Black Labrador Golden Retriever cross named Blue.

PATTY’S BLINDNESS…

Patty was born one and a half months premature. Her blindness was caused by her being given too much oxygen in the incubator. She was partially sighted until 1991, at which time she lost her sight due to an infection after cataract surgery and high eye pressure. She used a cane for 31 years before making the change to a guide dog.

Currently, Patty lives and works in Kingsport, Tenn.

Patty writes with the goal of bridging the great chasm which separates the disabled from the non-disabled.

Patty’s hobbies include reading, music, and attending book clubs via Zoom.

Some favorite books include Norah Roberts’ Hide Away, Stephen King’s Dark Tower series, J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series, Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series, and J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings series.

Patty describes herself as a spiritual Walker. She says she knows both Mother Goddess and Father God and embraces all they have to offer.
