Up in the morning. Clear up from sickness throughout first day and night.

Takes half the day.

Knocks me out. Takes my energy and that’s all I got.

Go back to bed.

Sleep all afternoon.

The sounds of the geese, ducks, trains and shouts from passers by, are my lullaby.

Curl up in the bed.

Wind whispers from the window round my head.

On the 7th floor.

Windows open to city and nature’s roar.

Feels comforting somehow.

To have those sounds.

Better than a noise machine.

A feeling of home, safety, and love for me.
