Good morning, everyone.
I hope you’re well.
Here, I am, at just before 8 AM on Sunday morning, propped up on pillows with my big Blue Dog beside me.
Normally, when I start moving around, so too does Big Dog Blue but we dared to stay up late last night after getting back from a birthday party and then outside time with friends at right around sunset.
My Big Blue Dog is still out on his paws, only moving slightly to allow me to prop my pillows beside him and crawl back into bed with a cuppa and my computer.
We used to do this earlier in the morning, and I did not expect to get to do it this morning. Usually, by the time I come back from my morning necessary Blue is up and ready for a belly rub and outside.
“Not yet.” Was the only answer, I got so far today.
So, the coffee is hot. So far, the weather is not, and that’s for sure the way Team Blue loves it.
Team Blue says, “Keep your nose to the ground and your tail waving at the sky.”
“PS. I forgot to bring my Meta Glasses over here, so no cute pic of Blue curled up in bed. Just use your imagination and imagine cuteness.
PPS. I made the mistake of opening the window and the geese just started honking and guess who popped up their head.

I’m excited! No, that’s not sufficient. I’m over the moon with JOY! GLADNESS, AND TRUE BLISS! To announce, I now have created “The Blended Lives Chronicles A Lady MoonWalker Series Team!
We have a Beta Reader, an Editor, and just a week ago Thor’s Day the final piece in the puzzle, a cover artist.
All names to be announced and persons introduced an upcoming Free to Be Me call in the ACB (American Council Of The Blind) Community coming in June.
I feel totally at peace with my new team and believe we will have great collaboration and creation together.

Series Summary
The Blended Lives Chronicles is a speculative fantasy series that blends interplanetary politics, magick, prophecy, and resistance against oppression. At its heart is Lady Laya MoonWalker, a High Priestess, author, and advocate whose life’s work is dedicated to dismantling systems that divide beings by race, creed, ability, or perceived purity.
In Book I, Sides of the Order, Laya, who lives and works on Planet Korponious, travels to Casimia as a respected journalist and spiritual leader, newly aligned with the Blended Lives Federation. What begins as a professional opportunity quickly becomes personal and perilous when she reunites with Derrick Gibbous, a member of the Order of the Night. As old bonds rekindle, hidden loyalties surface, and a violent conflict erupts between forces seeking unity and those driven by segregation and dark magick. Love, trust, and survival collide as Laya and Derrick commit themselves to a cause greater than either of them.
Book II, A Battle of Choices, deepens the conflict as prophecy comes into play. Laya must learn to wield her magick in unfamiliar and increasingly dangerous ways while facing enemies determined to “purify” the universe of those they deem unworthy. As the stakes rise, both Laya and Derrick are forced to confront moral dilemmas that test their beliefs, their love, and the cost of resistance.
In Book III, Chambers Between the Minds, the war of the Purified is fully underway. With Derrick forced into hiding and Laya nearing the birth of prophesied twins said to possess unprecedented power, the Order faces its most dangerous turning point yet. The story moves beyond the physical realm into the chambers between minds—a place where past, present, and future converge, and where outcomes are tested, rejected, and reshaped. Survival depends not only on strength, but on the willingness to confront truth, memory, and destiny itself.
Together, the series explores themes of unity versus division, the ethics of power, love forged under fire, and the necessity of choice in the face of authoritarian control.
