We had a lovely brunch at our apartment complex for Easter today. I had quiche, biscuit, gravy, sausage, bacon, a doughnut, aren’t juice, coffee. Oh yeah, cinnamon’s French toast sticks. I think that’s everything. I think. I sat at the end of the table. I did not know how close to the leg I was. While trying to tuck blue under the seat. The poor baby bumped his head a couple of times. Still, he went under with ease. Something did happen though, when I tried to get him out from under. I think it was because he had bumped his head. Even though I had scooted away from the table, he would not come out of the front of the chair. Now I am diligent with buckling his harness and my smart glasses had come disconnected from the Internet and I could not get a picture of what happened. I wish I could have. But I have witnesses. Anyway, blue can make himself long and lean. He listened to Kaila Allen when she said lean and lasered. He is a slinky. He slid out of his harness. That is the second time he has done this to me. And I am diligent about buckling it and having it fit correctly. It’s as if he sucks in his body and makes himself into a slithery something. I’ve seen him get under chairs. I thought were impossible. The dog is amazing. A canine Houdini. No harm was done. He just got out from under the chair left his harness behind, stood up, shook and then came and sat down beside me and waited for me to fix it. Anyway, we had a lovely time. I wish I could just one time do something without there being any kind of weird happening. I guess I’m just… It has however, been a lovely weekend from Good Friday to today. I’m on part-time status with Patty‘s world publishing for the rest of the week. I’m gonna be getting together some poetry and other items laying down a manuscript for an upcoming book. That is a surprise to even me. I cannot wait to tell you more so so stay tuned. Have a lovely day. I think it’s going to rain here later. Don’t forget to come to get the scoop this evening with Kaila and Lucy and Judy and Travis and all the gang and the community for ice cream and stories and fun. I wish that we could have a real life get the scoop and I wish I could be there with them. I think that would be a magnificent convention Idea. You guys should really think about that. But please make it hybrid. Anyway, for now this is team blue in Virginia saying keep your nose to the ground and your tail waving at the sky o 🩷 💟 🩵 🌈
