Sickness lingers
pain settles in my bones like ground glass
winter snow is in the wind again
haven’t had time to order proper footwear for walking in the slick
need something with better traction
got a referral ordering soon but snow is coming tomorrow
starting to feel like I cannot manage one more thing
ordered junk food
broke my own rule
eating things I know aren’t great
balance it with a salad
what a joke
suddenly I just don’t care
time to lay back down and sleep
defeated
