Greetings from Patty’s Worlds)
It seems to me I’m hearing a lot about boundaries in 2026.
I too am going to be doing things differently this year.
For now, let’s get to Robbie’s post.
Tanka Tuesday
Willow’s TT challenge was to write a Puente poem about new beginnings. My word for this year is boundaries. There are things in both my work and my personal life where I’ll be saying no this year in order to preserve my time and mental and physical health. My boundaries are most likely defined differently to other people. Boundaries does not mean less blogging or supporting of others. Neither does it mean fewer books or participations in challenges, it means not allowing other peoples lack of gratitude, personal problems, and intellectual and/or educational limitations to make me upset or feel like I have to solve their problems. It means accepting what I cannot change and not taking responsibility for it.
