Good morning, again.
I hope all are well.
After a conversation with someone yesterday who stated that they didn’t pay attention to COVID I decided to post this reminder.
COVID is still a real thing. It did not go away. In fact, we’re still getting new strains of the damn thing at a rather quick clip because it changes very fast.
Please, as we go into the fall and winter season, don’t be careless.
Remember places such as fitness centers, grocery stores, airplanes, and malls are festering with Flu, COVID and other nasties.
You don’t have to be panicked or scared to be aware.

I have Alexa play Alexa Five Things and Up First news programs each day and I also keep the notifications turned on for Newsbreak on my phone. These are just a few quick ways to make sure you’re in the know, without being bombarded with news every moment of the day.
Let’s all try to stay healthy during these next few months.

September 4, 2024Hi, Robbie.
I had COVID twice over fall and winter. For reasons no one undeerstands, I pick up every new strain that comes along. The winter one turned into a lot more and I’m just now getting over it.
Thanks for reading.
