Back in Action #Author’sCorner, #BusinessCorner, #What’sUp

Good morning, I hope all are well. I’m finally starting to get back in action.

As those who follow me around on social media and on my blog may remember, I have been dealing with some sort of serious issue having to do with the sinus cavity on the right side of my face. It’s always swollen and doesn’t ever totally clear. My eye does this twitchy thing a lot and it is quite miserable.

Last Wednesday I went to the doctor. She put me on antibiotics. When leaving the doctor’s office I took a fall. Over the last week I was a bit stiff and achy from that on top of this sickness.

Though the antibiotics don’t seem to be managing the issue very well, and I’m pretty sure another trip to the doctor is going to be necessary, I’ve decided to lay off my daytime dose of antihistamine until I have gotten my work done. I’m falling seriously behind. People pay me to do things and things aren’t getting done in a timely manner.

I’ll be working as much as is possible to get caught up.

Unfortunately, I also have another apartment inspection. This will make the third one since I began placing repeated work orders concerning the dangerous softening of the wood flooring underneath the plank strip linoleum, then when I got nowhere there, I began climbing the chain of command. So, this morning my efforts will be divided between readying for this thing tomorrow and working to get caught up here.

I’m exhausted from the stress of living in fear of the floor collapsing and this sinus sickness.

Some might say I’m overreacting about these floors, but the whole building is starting to see serious issue due to the building shifting and the ground underneath sinking.

Doors stick and people get stuck inside apartments, bathrooms, and when I walk around in here things literally fall from shelves and walls. I’ve had to take down most all my pictures from the walls because not long ago when I stood from my recliner a picture fell and landed on Blue.

Goddess help these people should my dog get hurt because of this mess. Should I live through it they’re going to wish I’d not done so.

Anyhow, I’m back in action as much as is possible and hoping for a better day.

Blessid be to all for your kind and caring understanding as I work my way through all which is ahead.

For now, this is Team Blue saying, “Keep your nose to the ground and your tail waving at the sky.”
