Hi everybody.

I hope everyone is having a great day. For me, the day started out awesome, but it didn’t stay that way.

Just before noon I was struck down with the worst headache I’ve had in a while. I believe it had been threatening for a couple days with small ones but today was the monster.

I went to bed and slept from just after 12 and other than getting up for the bathroom and to check on Campbell didn’t get back out of bed until nearly 3:30.

The entire day is shot to heck, but I’m going to try and get a few things done before nightfall.

I don’t believe that I’ll be kept up tonight either but if I am it’ll be OK because nothing I meant to do today got done.

The only thing I accomplished was recording a wonderful interview with Christy McMakin who is the Life Coach and doer of many things at Life Bridge an organization here in town which is designed to help you gain and keep direction in your life by assisting with anything from referrals for financial assistance for paying utility bills to working toward buying your own home.

Look for that interview and a couple others coming this week on Talk to Tell-It-To-The-World Marketing.

For now, I’m off to try and dig through a mountain of email which has fallen like snow in my inbox.
