Hello, everyone. I hope you’re doing well. Here the coffee is hot, the weather is too, but the AC works great and we’ve loving from me and Chief Seeing Eye® Dog Blue.
Blue is suffering mightily from allergies. When checking my Alexa App, I learned via way of airnow.gov the air quality is moderate with an index of 85. I looked up an air quality index to learn its meaning, and I learned that is the score which states how polluted the air is. Blue’s allergies are hideously out of control. We ran out of his Zyrtec and cannot get back to Walmart to pick it up with my U card until Tuesday. This means we must be extra careful outside. The temperature is 90 degrees today, so we won’t be doing a ton of laps. We walked early in the morning and will go before it gets much hotter. The real problem is when we become active, Blue begins to do the reversed sneezing and coughing. This is disturbing. His lack of energy is also disturbing. We will be contacting the vet on Monday. I checked with them earlier last week and they said they were already overbooked for Monday. I don’t wish to give meds without being seen in this case and because I think it is just a lack of his normal meds, I’m going to default on the side of going to Wally World on Tuesday to pick up the Zyrtec.
In the meantime, my writing is full speed ahead. I’m journaling and going through other journals from days gone by for the second book in the Pathway to Freedom Broken and Healed trilogy. Taking out what I need from various sources and creating a folder for sorting pieces into their proper places within that manuscript. It is tedious but I’m quite relieved to have kept such material as there are parts I am foggy about where timing is concerned. Luckily, my journals were meticulous on that score. and I’m 6235 words into the second Blended Lives Chronicles manuscript. The first is in the hands of the editors. Report coming soon.
I’ve got a fresh cup of coffee to hand, Blue is laying in a patch of sun while the air conditioner fan blows overtop him. 60s and 70s music blaring from the Echo Dot. For now, all is right with Patty’s Worlds.
Thanks for reading. I’ll catch up on my comments, emails, social media notifications, texts, and messenger messages soon.
I’m off to Casimian Heights where a battle plan is being put into place, lives are at risk and the state of the worlds are in flux.
May Harmony find You.
