One of the first eight-track tapes I owned as a kid was Simon and Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water. So, I was delighted when I read a review of this audiobook a while back. I wasn’t disappointed after listening to it.

March 3, 2023The interviews and music clips make this audiobook read more like a film documentary. I hope you enjoy it.

March 3, 2023Sounds like a grand book. Thanks for sharing it here.

March 3, 2023It is a grand book, Patty. It’s also available on BARD. I hope you enjoy it.

March 4, 2023Hi Abbie, glad to know it’s on BARD but if it’s also on audible and that narration is better that’s where i’m going to get it.
Thanks for another great review.
PS. are you still having issue with comments?
Abbie Johnson Taylor
March 4, 2023Actually, the BARD version is the same as the Audible version. That’s how I read it.
as for comments, Casey suggested I try a different browser. So, I’m now using Edge. So far, I’ve gotten comments to Trish’s friendship story via email. But I forgot to comment on this post in Edge so have been checking here from time to time. I’ve since set Edge as my default browser. It might work better than Chrome with other sites I use on a regular basis. Will see.

March 5, 2023Hi, good to know about the recorded version of this book. I’ll check it out.
Glad you’re working through the issues with comments. Strange Chrome would be troublesome. That’s what I’m using.
Oh well, tech junk, go figure.
Thanks and have a great day.

March 5, 2023Actually, I just now saw your last comment, Patty, because I went in and checked. So, the browser may not make a difference.
I donn’t know why I got comments on Trish’s story. Casey said he did some tweaking on your site but I might not get all comments. The next time I post or comment on a different post, I’ll use Edge and see what happens. I’m not holding out much hope, though.

March 6, 2023Hey, I am doing this mostly on my phone and that might make a difference so I don’t know anyway, I am getting ready to download the word press app so I can have more easily randomly access to things, but doing this on the phone is quite easy once you give it your name email website and check the box to be remembered Anyway no worries it’s all good.

March 6, 2023OK, I’m replying to this comment on the phone, using Safari. By the way, WordPress is now asking you to use the Jetpack app instead. It works the same way as WordPress. So, you don’t need to learn a whole new app, but WordPress is ending Support for its WordPress app sometime this month. So, you might want to download Jetpack from the App Store instead. Happy blogging!

March 7, 2023Hey Abbie, thanks for this info.
There are links to the jetpack app in every email so if I’m on my phone it’s gonna take me to the right one. I have to make sure i can use it with my site ground hosting but I’m sure I can since we downloaded the jetpack stuff when installing everything on here.
Also, dn’t stress yourself about comments. Once a day or every other day to check is col. I get a notification every time someone makes a comment to anything and I can always send a link to you for it if someone makes one you don’t catch. All is well. Honestly, the comment I made on email group was not really directed at folks like you. You’re always very good about checking in and doing what needs doing. Just like writing this great post. You’re on top of the game most of the time when it comes to the blog. I just want people to understand how very important the engagement is for this. I’ve noted a decent jump in your FB followers on your page and it looks like your blog stats are up from what visitors can see as well.
Keep that up.
