A Celebration of Imbolc #SaintBridget

A Celebration of Imbolc #SaintBridget

Good morning, I hope all are well this day.

I wrote this poem a year ago today.

Though this year, there is snow on the ground and the windchill was 0 degrees F when Blue and I made our way outside at just before sunrise today, my message is the same.

For I continue calling forth the chosen soldier.

He knows who he is, yet he denies.

Please help me call him forth. Once he takes his place of power, things may be placed in balance.

A Celebration of Imbolc – Nature’s Call for the Replacement of Love

Geese swim away as I call, “One day I’ll catch you!” They float on the water while I say:

"If you turn towards me, know I turn to you. If you think of me, know I think of you. If you say my name, know I will call you to me."

The ground is frozen solid, and expressions are distant. Suddenly, there is heavy rain with a torrential downpour, thunder roars, lightning flashes, wind blows, creeks flow, and rivers rise rapidly. As do emotions.

Overflow of anger, frustration, sadness, feelings of despair, and a little madness.

Let’s replace with smiles and gladness.

One, Little Smile at A Time.

Geese call to one another in love, flight, and play
Let’s do as they do. Not as all the despicable damndable devious demons say.

If you have made mistakes, even serious mistakes, you may have a fresh start from any moment you choose, for this thing we call ‘failure’ is not the falling down, but the staying down.
