Regular visitors will have read my previous posts on Vitamin D but as one of the key nutrients for the efficiency of our immune system, I will keep banging this particular drum.

First a reminder if you missed the first post in this series of the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Unexplained weight…

      Hi Sally.

      You’re quite welcome.

Every time I read about the need for sun I think how everyone should have a living room like mine. It’s a sun room all the year round.

No matter the time of day there’s sun.

      Food For Thought

We all are the Light, automatically. So we really don’t have to go too much further than that. We all have a Light within us – it is the Soul; it is that spark of God, of the Divine, that activates our consciousness.

Yes. Getting out in the sun and fresh air is extremely important to me. When I had Campbell I was out four, five, and even six times each day. Now that he is gone, I have to remind myself to get up and get outside. Until last Friday when I came down with my annual October cold I was taking walks each day. Making our old rounds, making sure to stop and say hello to all the neighborhood dogs and people etc. I haven’t been doing that this week because I have been getting over all this. And not wanting to take any chances getting around anyone. But it is gone now and I am going out later this afternoon and starting tomorrow I’ll begin my walking again. You are quite inspirational for all that.
