An ultracrepidarian is someone who criticizes your work without knowing a thing about why you do what you do. Sometimes, I think a person who writes a negative book review is an ultracrepidarian who wouldn’t know a good book if it hit him in the nose. You can learn more about this word and how it evolved at the link below.

My daughter actually told me about this word if you months ago, LOL she either came across it in her word a day calendar or as One out of a list of vocabulary words she had to look up for school, I can’t remember which at this point. However, when she told me what it meant I immediately titled a poem with the word although I haven’t finished the poem yet LOL I just thought it was funny because I’ve never seen the word before or heard it used until a few months ago and now here it is in this blog.✍🏾😹🦋

Good morning Butterfly.
So glad to see you here.
It is strange how words you never knew of that you learn about will start popping up everywhere once you know of them.

We all are the Light, automatically. So we really don’t have to go too much further than that. We all have a Light within us – it is the Soul; it is that spark of God, of the Divine, that activates our consciousness.

What a coincidence, Butterfly. I’m glad children are still being encouraged to learn new words.

Hi Abbie and all.
When I was working with the school system a few years back, a lot of the teachers were having them learn a new word at least once a week, some more. I knew one teacher who encouraged her students to learn and share a new word each day.
