      You’re very welcome.

      I’m slowly making great and hopefully everlasting changes in my health lifestyle and these columns you’re having are great.

      I’d just like to add that people who believe one cannot eat healthily on a low income budget are simply wrong. You can spend same amount on fresh veggies and fruits pastas and breads as you can on junk food.

      JMO.

      Also want to say that people who think you cannot take the foods provided at food banks and make meals out of them are wrong as well.

      I do these things every month and now thanks to these columns am finding more and more ways to do it.

      People are for the most part simply not willing to put in the effort.

      I was that way and am seeing it for what it was and making changes.
