As the one-year anniversary of last year’s sickness which landed me into the hospital and then nursing/therapy for a month draws near I am studying more ways to remain healthy and working hard to put them into practice. Here is yet another fantastic health article from a very reliable source. Make sure to check this out today. If you enjoy please share. Also please let Sally know. Well it really made me smile.
Very little of my work gets reblogged.
I get a few shares on FB and on Twitter which I really need to get better at checking but LinkedIn and Google+ are weak, and WordPress could be a little stronger too.
Iâm hopeful for some money for accessibility technology training from VR/Blind Services but theyâre fighting me every step of the way.
I think they hope Iâll go away.
They should read my blog. Theyâd see how stubborn I can be.
Lord when all my devices went down a few years ago I was so desperate to keep my blog active I did a whole series of dictated posts.
Wanted to help spread awareness about accessibility issues and figured the best way to do it was to just show how horrible it was. LOL!
Back to the heart health.
This is quite important to me.
This morning was the beginning of a diet change for me.
I had whole wheat blueberry waffles with fresh fruit and a splash of fat-free flavored cream.
Then I did a 20 minute walk with my Bubba in the beautiful morning sun.

I hope you get training Patty. You already do a great job but having those extra skills makes all the difference. I am sure Campbell enjoyed his walk this morning… hugsxxx
